Ordering

When will my order ship?

We are a small team, please allow 48 hours for an order to be fulfilled.  Pre-order items are the exception, they will be shipped when production is complete.

Questions about your order?

If you have any questions about any item or order, feel free to email us any time at info@shopelliottclothing.com.  We will respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday.

Out of stock

If an item is out of stock, sometimes there may be a few returns that will allow that item to become available again.  As we are a small batch company, sometimes we will have new batches of certain items that will refresh our stock.  Sign up with your email to be notified when these items come back in stock.

Pre-order

For items currently in production, we allow pre-orders.  Payment will be captured at time of checkout and the item will be shipped when production is complete.

 

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on domestic orders.

Where do you ship from?

All items ship from our studio in Scituate, Massachusetts.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we offer international shipping to Canada.  You can learn more about our international shipping herePlease be advised that customs and duties charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.  The package will be delivered DDU (delivered duty unpaid) and the customer is responsible to pay these costs.  

For other countries, check back in the future, we look forward to being able to serve our other international customers.

How long does it take my order to arrive?

Once a domestic package has been shipped they will take approximately 5-9 days to arrive.  International customers can choose their preferred shipping speed at checkout.

How do I find out about the status of my order?

Upon checkout, you will receive an email with your order information.  Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

 

Returns

Return policy

We allow free returns on domestic orders, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with tags attached.
  2. Return must be approved within 14 days of delivery.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted or merchandise credit will be issued:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return process

  1. Click here to go to our returns page.
  2. Enter the email address you used to place the order and your order number to begin the return process.
  3. We will approve returns that meet all of the above criteria.
  4. You will receive an email from our team supplying you with the return shipping label.
  5. Print this label and use it to cover the previous shipping labels on our packaging.  Our packaging has a second glue strip, making it reusable to return your item to us.
  6. Ship your item.
  7. You will be notified when we receive your return and your refund has been applied.  Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to post to your account.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment.  Refunds can take 7-14 days to post to your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the best method is to place a new order for the new size that you would like and return your original item. Go through the above process of returns and choose exchange from the options.  We will provide you with the free return shipping label.  The returned item must be received in unworn, unwashed condition within 14 days of approval of exchange.  If the item does not meet these criteria, you will be charged for the full price of the item.

At this time, we do not allow free return shipping on exchanges for international orders.

 

Other

Where is your clothing made?

All of our clothing is made in our studio in Massachusetts.

What does small batch mean?

Small batch means that we produce our items in small quantities, generally defined as fewer than 300 pieces.  This helps to reduce waste by not creating excess inventory beyond the demand for the item.  

In what ways is your company sustainable?

We make an effort to make thoughtful design decisions to make our products more sustainable.  We do this through smart sourcing of materials, such as organic cotton, hemp, recycled polyester, tencel, piñatex, and deadstock fabrics.  Producing in small batches also reduces waste.  Our packaging is made from recycled material and is fully recyclable and reusable.
